Concord Technologies announces extensive enhancements to Partner Program

The Partner Program is designed to provide a framework for cooperation with various 3rd party companies and optimize the opportunities for cross-marketing, lead generation and reciprocal technology integrations.

While Concord sells direct to mid-market and large enterprise customers, it has also remained committed to an integrated and extensive partner-centric sales strategy for many years. The updates to the Partner Program today reflect that ongoing commitment to expanding the partner network and to evolving the technology ecosystem surrounding their core online fax service offering, Concord Fax Online.

Concord’s broad partner program now supports various types of partnerships and provides for different working models to ideally support Reseller Partners, Wholesale Partners and Technology Integration Partners:

• Reseller Partners: A tiered program is in place to support different engagement models ranging from simple lead referral through to models focused more on developing subject matter expertise with the partner and providing background expertise where required. Resellers are typically already providing other telecommunication services or provide document and process automation solutions for mid-market and enterprise customers. The Reseller Program from Concord offers the highest commissions in the industry, with partners able to earn as much as 30% commission on all customer billing for the life of the relationship.
• Wholesale Partners: Concord offers an extensive program to support Service Providers who wish to leverage the Concord Fax Online platform to introduce a white-labeled (rebranded) offering of their own and to support Independent Software Vendors who are looking to integrate fax as a feature of their own core product. The strength of Concord’s integration capabilities, developer support and extensive Web Services API’s mean that providing a highly integrated and seamless solution for customers is a relatively simple task. Concord currently supports more than 35 existing Wholesale partnerships, many of which deliver Concord Fax technologies under their own brand.
• Technology Integration Partners utilize the program to develop tightly integrated technical solutions that add value to customers of both technologies. Integrated solutions are cross-marketed as part of a holistic ecosystem model to ensure that Concord customers can benefit from other technologies, which are already “Concord Fax Enabled”.
