Concord's Developer Portal provides online support, best practice guidance and sample code for customers utilizing Concord's many fax service and account management Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
Concord's Web Services API facilitates the automation of inbound and outbound faxing, as well as reporting, provisioning, administration and management of all fax communications. In addition, the developer portal provides support documentation, sample code for ASP, JSP, C/C++, Java, VB, .NET, C#, PHP and a library of simple-to-use utilities to facilitate rapid integration, which include FaxAssist and FolderFax. One-on-one guidance via Concord's expert team of developers and architects is also available for Fax Online customers who require a more personalized review to address their custom integration need.
